Venice

Venice, our first stop in Italy and boy was I excited! If you know me, you'll know I'm a sucker for Italian food. 

Venice, or in Italian - Venezia is a city, major seaport and capital of both the provincia of Venezia and the regione of Veneto, northern Italy. It is built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. Canals and tiny walking streets are the only way to get around Venice as it has no roads. The Grand Canal is the main aquatic thoroughfare in central Venice - lined with Renaissance and Gothic palaces. 

I fell in love with Venice; all of the coloured buildings, beautiful people and mind blowing architecture just had me amazed.
